Fixed Operations Director, Cavender Auto Group 

In this month's edition of People in Automotive, Laurie Halter meets with Allie Peters, Fixed Ops Director at the Cavender Auto Group.

Allie is open, ambitious, and people-centric. She started her career in the automotive industry after her cousin, who was doing an internship at a dealership, contacted her and told her, "you have to apply!" 

Starting as a Service Advisor, Allie knew she wanted to build her career within a team-driven environment.

Allie sold cars, was a Service Manager, opened a Fixed Ops BDC, and was a Service Director before joining the Cavender Auto Group as the Fixed Ops Director, a female-led service department.
